Go Further with Integration Coaching

It’s normal to receive a ketamine infusion and have your thinking positively changed, however further integrating the formative ketamine infusion experience can be very helpful for the achievement of personal growth. Combining integration with the transformative experience can be a way to incorporate the wisdom gained during the experience into the thoughts and behaviors you experience every day.

Complete Ketamine Solutions offers integration coaching, including help processing the experience through reflection, introspection, writing, reading, talking to others, and other helpful techniques. Integration coaching often helps patients clarify the insights received during their infusion and turn them into positive actions in the real world.

Through integration coaching, patients will gain insight and actively challenge their ingrained attitudes about themselves, others, and the world. This will provide additional benefits beyond what they receive during their ketamine infusion experiences. With the help of one of our trained integration specialists, patients can expect further positive changes in their ways of thinking and ultimately throughout their lives. Integrating the transformative experience provides additional consistency, so that beliefs, attitudes, ways of thinking, and actions can further align with the overall infusion experiences.
